Shipping Policy

Below you will find an overview of our shipping costs per country, estimated delivery times, information about the couriers used, and how to track your order.

Processing time:

Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time:

Our delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and can vary depending on possible delays at PostNL or Bpost. The total delivery time is therefore 2-5 business days.

For larger packages, the delivery time may be slightly longer than you are used to from us, this has to do with finding a suitable carrier.

To follow:

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the track and trace information of your order. This allows you to easily track your order and see when you can expect it.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@educationaltoys.nl for further instructions on returning your order. Please note that the shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.

Tips:

We are not responsible for any delays or damage during transit. We recommend checking your order within 24 hours of receipt and contacting us if there are any issues.
