How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time:
Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time:
Our delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and can vary depending on possible delays at PostNL or Bpost. The total delivery time is therefore 2-5 business days.
To follow:
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the track and trace information of your order. This allows you to easily track your order and see when you can expect it.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by the tracking code with the order and via the confirmation in your email. With this information you can see exactly where your package is at the moment.
Do you also ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally and currently offer our services in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you live elsewhere, please contact us and we will look into the possibilities of sending your order.
I have not received my order
First, check the tracking code to see where the item is currently located. If you cannot find the tracking code or do not understand where the item is, please let us know and we will look for a suitable solution.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs
We calculate shipping costs based on the destination. Below you will find the current shipping costs:
Netherlands : 0 euros
Belgium : 5 euros (in Belgium we share the shipping, which means that buyer and seller share the shipping)
What is the return policy
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Please contact our customer service via info@educationaltoys.nl to arrange a return within this period.
- The costs for returning products are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective.
- If the item is defective, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
Returns Policy
- Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
- The product must not be used and must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
- Please ensure that the return shipment is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
